Writerz and Scribez CIC, founded in 2014, is at the forefront of the creative health movement, using art as a powerful tool for social change and wellbeing. We bring high-quality creative health experiences to marginalized groups, bridging the gap between art, health, and equity.
Our mission is to make arts accessible by removing barriers, reaching people where they are, and providing opportunities to build community, develop skills, and improve wellbeing through artistic engagement.
Writerz and Scribez offers a vibrant cultural and wellbeing hub for the local region, with outstanding artistic encounters in an expanding, innovative creative health programme. As a Black-led organisation, we bring a unique perspective to the field, with a passion for inclusion, accessibility, and the transformative power of creativity in health and wellbeing.
