Writerz and Scribez CIC was founded in 2014 to bring high-quality art experiences to marginalised groups; using art as a tool for social change.
Our mission is to make arts accessible by removing barriers, reaching people where they are and providing opportunity to build community, develop skills and improve wellbeing.
Writerz and Scribez offers a vibrant cultural hub for the local region, with outstanding artistic encounters in an expanding modern day programme. The company is led by Black artists, with an enthusiasm for inclusion, accessibility and how art can provide a space for self discovery to connect you to the wider world.
